Our client, a premier skincare, wellness, and medical aesthetics company based in San Diego, CA is seeking a YouTube Editor to craft captivating and high-quality content that reflects their brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing: Edit one video per week, ensuring a polished, engaging final product that aligns with brand standards
2. Content Enhancement: Add graphics, animations, music, and other elements to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement
3. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent visual and auditory brand identity across all videos
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, and founder to bring their vision to fruition
5. Optimization: Prepare videos for upload, including formatting, metadata tagging, and thumbnail suggestions to optimize for YouTube algorithms
6. Revisions: Respond to feedback and implement changes promptly to meet deadlines

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of YouTube content (skincare, wellness, or medical aesthetics is a plus)
2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
3. Knowledge of YouTube video standards, trends, and best practices
4. Creativity and attention to detail in visual storytelling
5. Strong communication and organizational skills for remote collaboration
6. Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

Compensation: $35-$60/hour (dependent on experience)
