Workday Integrations Developer - $150,000 - Remote

Hale International are exclusively partnered with a prestigious global holding company known for excellence, innovation, and elite-level talent. The organization have recently gone live with Workday HCM and are now looking for a dedicated professional to lead and support their Workday Integrations

The client is specifically seeking someone with a background at a global organization, as they’ve seen great success with others who’ve made this transition. They’re looking for strong integrations experience across Workday HCM, Benefits and Payroll. From there, they will provide comprehensive training across the rest of the HCM suite, giving you the opportunity to broaden your Workday experience and paving the way for your progression into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations including EIB, Core Connectors and, Studio
2. Maintain and enhance existing integrations, ensuring performance, scalability, and data accuracy across global operations.
3. Collaborate closely with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather integration requirements and deliver robust solutions.
4. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues using Workday’s Workbench and related tools.
5. Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and security protocols across all Workday data exchanges.
6. Support Workday releases by regression testing and validating integration impacts.
7. Document technical specifications and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of Workday integration experience with a strong command of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
2. Proven ability to deliver scalable integrations in complex, multi-national environments.
3. Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and related technologies; experience with Workday Prism or Extend is a plus.
4. Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Benefits data structures in Workday.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization
