In this role, you will work with clients to study external Workday instance (acquired company's HR system) to understand the implemented modules of Payroll, benefits and core HR in Workday, extract the data and archive the data in client HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Discovery of the Workday modules implemented in acquired(external) company HR systems - mainly Payroll.
Conduct working sessions with HR, technical teams to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
Prepare mapping documents of the external Workday data to the client's HR systems.
Provide requirements to development team to convert external Workday data to Client specific data and provide subject matter expertise for development team.
Review the test case scenarios to ensure that the requirements have been implemented properly.
Prepare documentation to support the client's software development methodology
Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions
Demonstrate configurations through the use of prototyping
Advise HR team on industry standards for HCM process areas in order to provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Minimum 7+ years’ experience in IT industry as ERP techno-functional analyst
At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM , specifically in Payroll area.
Data extraction and Archival from Workday instances is desirable
Workday HCM Certification or one of the relevant Workday core competencies.

Location preference: St. Louis or New Jersey or Tampa FL
