- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or training in WordPress, Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, SSO, web development, or intranet platforms will be preferred.
ExperienceMandatory Qualifications
- Strong experience designing, developing, configuring, customizing, and implementing WordPress-based intranet or web-based platforms.
- Experience serving as a Technical Lead / Senior WordPress Developer for intranet, portal, or enterprise website projects.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress themes, plugins, page templates, navigation structure, content layouts, document libraries, forms, and media management.
- Experience integrating web platforms with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Experience implementing group-based permissions, role-based access, user profile sync, and directory/people search functionality.
- Experience migrating content, documents, and resources from SharePoint or other existing platforms to WordPress.
- Experience supporting content validation, access validation, testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Ability to work within an accelerated delivery schedule using agile/weekly deliverables.
- Experience coordinating with IT teams, communications teams, content owners, and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with government, public health, healthcare, or regulated organizations.
- Experience with intranet platforms serving multiple departments or divisions.
- Experience with document management, employee resource portals, training content, organizational charts, forms, and internal communication tools.
- Experience delivering projects within tight timelines.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of the WordPress-based employee intranet.
- Configure site structure, navigation, page templates, content sections, forms, document areas, and media capabilities.
- Support integration with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Active Directory, and SSO.
- Implement user roles, access controls, and group-based permissions.
- Support migration of active/validated content from SharePoint to WordPress.
- Conduct functional testing for navigation, search, links, permissions, authentication, and content access.
- Support UAT, issue resolution, deployment, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Prepare or support technical documentation, access management SOPs, and administrator guidance.
- Ensure the intranet is secure, user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and aligned with DKPH requirements.
Pay: $63,878.94 - $76,929.48 per year
