We are seeking a skilled and proactive WordPress developer to manage and optimize our portfolio of websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building new sites based on an existing design, enhancing existing ones, and setting up the marketing technology systems that power our online growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites using Elementor Pro, based on provided Figma designs.
2. Customise website layouts, themes, and plugins to meet branding and functional requirements for multiple brands
3. Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve design, layout, and functionality issues.
4. Manage website migrations, ensuring proper redirects, SEO preservation, and smooth domain transitions.
5. Continuously optimise website performance for speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
6. Develop and update landing pages to support marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
7. Ensure proper tracking is in place in Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager.
8. Assist in setting up and organising our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, ClickUp) for efficient lead management.

Requirements:

1. 1+ year of proven experience building and customising WordPress websites with builders such as ElementorPro, Divi, etc.
2. Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
3. Hands-on experience setting up marketing tracking (UTMs, conversion pixels) and analytics.
4. Familiarity with no-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, HubSpot workflows) is a strong advantage.
5. Ability to work autonomously, manage a project timeline, and communicate clearly.
6. A "thinker" mindset; you don't just execute tasks; you proactively identify and solve problems to create a better end product.
7. Knowledge of website performance optimisation and SEO best practices.
8. Familiarity with website hosting, domain management, and security practices.
