Timco Logistics Systems, LLC a premier multimodal final mile transportation and logistics provider is seeking a Weekend Dispatcher / Load Planner to help support our operations out of our Waxahachie, Texas office. Job Responsibilities:

• Track & Trace OTR trucks
• Confirming driver computer work if not completed so show correct movements.
• Communication with customer service team & customers on any issues/ breakdowns/lates
• Replanning loads that have failed or turned into bad plans due to the above.
• Building or accepting loads that come over on the weekend.
• Reporting loads that you see that may be uncovered & due to delivery, working on a solution/plan for these loads.
• Reporting bobtails into customers so that we may be able to replace them during the daytime.
• Properly reporting extra charges (detention/layover/lumpers), must have receipts for lumpers & POD’s, BOL with in & out times for detention/layover
• Working with breakdown on ETC’s over weekend
• Responding to broker update emails

Tentative Schedule:

• Friday: 12pm-7pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 7am-8:30pm
• Monday: 8am-12pm

Required Skill Set:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong motivation / Self Starter.
• Strong Multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent Critical thinking skills.
• Understanding of and the ability for sense of urgency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software.
• Strong technology skills. Able to work with multiple systems.
• Ability to make outbound calls with confidence while being courteous and answer inbound calls.
