We're seeking a Website Operations & Support Specialist to support a high-traffic website that delivers educational programs, articles, videos, and online resources to millions of users.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, managing website content, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding online experience.

What You'll Do

• Support users with website, account, and registration issues.
• Create, update, and publish website content using WordPress.
• Support Salesforce website integrations and troubleshoot user issues.
• Partner with external developers to resolve bugs and implement website enhancements.
• Build and maintain responsive web pages.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics.
• Help improve website accessibility, usability, and SEO.

What We're Looking For

Experience administering WordPress websites

Experience supporting Salesforce users or integrations

Experience working with web developers or digital agencies

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills

Experience with website content management and digital operations
