Our leading Manufacturing/E-Commerce Client, known for their innovative and high-quality products, is looking for a passionate and motivated Website Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of their Crew business. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to roll up their sleeves to support website operations and general admin initiatives for their internal Sales team.

As a key contributor to their e-commerce team, you'll assist in the website product upload process, manage catalog set-ups, and ensure that our product pages are flawless and customer-focused. Your efforts will help enhance the online experience for customers and ensure that the product information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, leverage your project management skills, and collaborate across various business lines to meet operational milestones. Plus, you'll gain exposure to a variety of exciting initiatives—from CMS updates to new product customization projects.

If you have experience in e-commerce, CMS systems, and project management tools—and you're ready to bring your skills to a team that values creativity, hard work, and a positive attitude—this is the perfect place for you. We are excited to find an individual who shares our passion for the brand and is eager to contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Job Duties:

  1. Assist in all steps of the e-commerce website product upload process.
  2. Manage and QA catalog set-up for pre-season and in-season products.
  3. Evaluate copy and PDP assets from a consumer-focused perspective, ensuring accuracy and usefulness.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site product information issues using catalog management tools and systems.
  5. Participate in site testing to ensure correct presentation and data integrity.
  6. Participate in CMS updates, including updating website content and building landing pages.
  7. Manage the customization template process with Cloudinary, from creation to upload, and participate in new customization initiatives.
  8. Utilize project management software to streamline and track product and site updates, coordinating and communicating with appropriate stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
  9. Manage stakeholder communication across multiple business lines on operational milestones, process changes, and escalations.
  10. Manage and execute administrative tasks to support the sales team.
  11. Help with other projects related to the website operations as needed.

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of experience with e-commerce CMS systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency with Admin tools.
  2. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
  3. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  4. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  5. Some experience with Cloudinary as an end-to-end image- and video-management solution is a plus.
  6. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel); sales CRM experience preferred.
  7. Exceptional communication abilities, including active listening.
  8. Problem-solving orientation and strategic thinking with adaptability to a growing business.
  9. Strong organizational skills.
