Complete Playground is seeking a hands-on Website Developer & Digital Systems Manager to take day-to-day ownership of our websites, online customer systems, and core technology. This is not just a website design position. We need someone who can maintain, troubleshoot, update, and continuously improve our digital platforms, with particular responsibility for our ROLLER booking and customer-management system (required), along with Paperform, SpotHopper, and our in-house network and printers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve the Complete Playground website
- Manage and update ROLLER, including products, memberships, classes, camps, events, pricing, schedules, promotions, waivers, and booking flows
- Build and manage forms and workflows in Paperform
- Manage and update the Complete Cafe website using SpotHopper
- Troubleshoot website, checkout, booking, and integration issues
- Create and update landing pages for programs, events, birthdays, memberships, and promotions
- Ensure information across the websites and ROLLER is accurate and current
- Improve customer experience and online conversion
- Coordinate integrations with email, CRM, analytics, payment, and marketing systems
- Provide general IT support, including network administration and troubleshooting, and setup and maintenance of printers and other office equipment
- Work closely with management, marketing, operations, and program teams
- Provide ongoing technical support and quickly resolve digital issues
- Edit graphics in real time using Canva or similar tools
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ROLLER is required (Strong candidates with comparable systems experience may be considered)
- Demonstrated website development and maintenance experience
- Experience with booking, e-commerce, CRM, or membership platforms
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including basic network and printer support
- HTML/CSS and general web-development knowledge
- Experience with Paperform and SpotHopper is highly preferred, but strong candidates with comparable systems experience will be considered
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Schedule: Full-time, primarily on-site at our Downtown Manhattan location, with some remote flexibility possible depending on responsibilities.
