Job Description: As a Web Designer at Dirt Work Marketing, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom WordPress websites that meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements and ensure that the final product not only meets but exceeds their expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop custom WordPress websites from concept to completion.
2. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and receive feedback.
3. Create visually appealing site layouts and user interfaces using HTML/CSS practices.
4. Ensure website functionality and perform website updates.
5. Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
6. Provide technical support to clients and resolve issues promptly.
7. Maintain, expand, and scale client websites as needed.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply best practices in web design and development.

Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio of WordPress sites.
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
