Responsibilities:

• BigCommerce Management: Manage and optimize the BigCommerce or similar platform to ensure website functionality and performance. Implement and customize BigCommerce themes and plugins. Monitor and analyze website metrics to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
• Website Updates & Maintenance: Maintain and update website content using BigCommerce platforms. Ensure website functionality across different devices and browsers. Collaborate with the marketing team to align website updates with marketing initiatives.
• Marketing Support: Develop and execute marketing campaigns using BigCommerce integrations and features. Create Press Releases for new products. Create compelling content for website, social media, and email campaigns. Write and distribute press releases to announce company news and updates. Work on product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout.
• Work closely with team members to achieve company goals and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

• Full-time on-site work is required
• Must be a reliable self-starter
• Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication, phone, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, still product photography, photo editing software like Photoshop, and have some proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Experience with Sage or similar software a huge plus but not required (will train)
• Ability to work well in a team and family-oriented environment
• Knowledge of radio control vehicles and hobby industry a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
