Job Title: Expert Webflow Developer for Outdoor & Travel Companies

The Short Version

First and foremost, the absolute main thing we need is a top-tier Webflow Developer. If you are a wizard at taking static designs and turning them into pixel-perfect, highly functional Webflow sites, you are exactly who we are looking for.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Webflow Developer to join our team. Your primary focus will be taking completed UI/UX designs from Figma and bringing them to life in Webflow. Because of the nature of our clients (adventure travel, high volume tours, luxury glamping, and expeditions), you will also be heavily involved in integrating various third-party booking engines into these sites. You will work alongside our team using Slack, Gmail, and Jira to track projects and communicate.

Core Responsibilities

1. Figma to Webflow: Translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect, and fast-loading Webflow websites.
2. Booking Integrations: Seamlessly embed and integrate third-party booking platforms and APIs. Experience with Zaui, Peek Pro, FareHarbor, WeTravel, Cloudbeds, or Guesty is a big plus.
3. Webflow SEO: Build sites with technical SEO best practices baked in from day one (proper semantic structure, meta tags, schema markup, 301 redirects, and page speed optimization).
4. Project Management: Collaborate with our team efficiently using our core stack: Slack (chat), Gmail (email), and Jira (task tracking).
5. Quality Assurance: Test sites across multiple browsers and devices to ensure a flawless user experience before launch.

Requirements (The Non-Negotiables)

1. Proven Experience: Demonstrable track record as a Webflow Developer (you must have a portfolio of live Webflow sites you’ve built).
2. Platform Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Webflow interactions, CMS capabilities, and responsive design principles.
3. Technical SEO: Strong understanding of technical SEO specifically related to the Webflow ecosystem.
4. Integrations & Custom Code: Experience dealing with third-party software integrations, webhooks, and custom code embeds within Webflow.

Bonus Skills (The Nice-to-Haves)

We are hiring you for your Webflow skills first, but if you have any of the following, you’ll immediately stand out:

1. Fluent English speaking and communication skills.
2. An eye for Design: The ability to spot UI/UX inconsistencies before they go live.
3. Writing/Copywriting abilities for high-end travel brands.
4. Marketing Strategy: Understanding how web architecture impacts the bottom line.
5. Client Communications: The ability to comfortably and clearly explain technical concepts to our clients.

Location & Remote Work

1. Fully Remote: This position is 100% remote. You have the flexibility to work from wherever you are most productive.
2. Team Hub: While we are a remote-first team, our core hub is located in Portland, Oregon.
3. Portland: While we welcome talent from everywhere, applicants based in the Portland metro area will be given preference. Being in the same time zone and having the occasional opportunity to grab a coffee or meet up for a team strategy session is a huge plus for us!
