They have worked with hundreds of leading blockchain and crypto organizations and helped define many of the marketing playbooks now widely used across the Web3 ecosystem.

The team operates fully remotely, values clear and direct communication, and supports a collaborative, learning-driven culture. Team members are encouraged to take ownership, experiment, and continuously improve how Web3 brands communicate, launch, and grow.


Overview

We are seeking a Web3 X (Twitter) Social Media & Copywriter who lives at the intersection of culture, conversion, and community.

This role owns the voice of the brand across X (Twitter), turning complex crypto and product narratives into magnetic, engagement-driven content that builds trust and supports real growth.

This is not a meme-only role. You will be responsible for building narrative systems, launch arcs, and retention loops, not just posting content.


Responsibilities

Social Strategy & Publishing

  1. Own the daily publishing cadence across X (Twitter)
  2. Build weekly content calendars aligned with:
  3. product launches
  4. token events
  5. PR cycles
  6. community initiatives
  7. Develop long-term brand voice and tone frameworks
  8. Be active and able to speak in X Spaces

Copywriting & Narrative Architecture

  1. Write and ship:
  2. X threads
  3. announcement and launch copy
  4. community-first X messaging
  5. campaign landing page copy
  6. launch emails and nurture flows
  7. Translate technical product updates into emotionally resonant, human-first narratives

Growth & Engagement

  1. Design engagement loops, including:
  2. reply farming strategies
  3. community prompts
  4. conversion-driven CTAs
  5. Monitor engagement data and iterate content based on performance
  6. Provide weekly analytics updates (internal and client-facing)
  7. Speak to performance data in an actionable way to improve account growth

Client & Team Communication

  1. Maintain high responsiveness in client-facing and internal Slack / Discord / Telegram channels
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, community, growth, and product teams
  3. Actively participate in client calls scheduled during EST hours


Required Skills

  1. 2+ years creating or managing social content in crypto, Web3, DeFi, AI, or fintech
  2. Deep understanding of:
  3. DeFi, NFTs, token ecosystems
  4. crypto-native culture
  5. Strong knowledge of X (Twitter) algorithm behavior and narrative-driven growth
  6. Ability to simplify complex technology into compelling, human-first copy
  7. Proven ability to drive engagement and conversation, not just impressions
  8. Comfortable in client-facing, performance-driven environments


Bonus Skills

  1. Experience with Zealy, Galxe, or Discord XP campaigns
  2. Familiarity with crypto PR workflows (Cointelegraph, Decrypt, etc.)
  3. Light analytics experience (engagement tracking, growth dashboards)

  1. Engagement rate growth
  2. Follower growth velocity
  3. Campaign conversion rates
  4. Discord / Telegram retention
  5. CTR on launch threads
