We are seeking a skilled Web3 Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with blockchain integration, smart contracts, and modern frontend frameworks. You will play a key role in building secure crypto transaction workflows, wallet integrations, and scalable Web3 architecture within our real estate investment platform.

This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and integrate blockchain functionality using Web3.js or similar libraries
2. Implement and maintain smart contracts for secure real estate transactions
3. Integrate wallet connections (e.g., MetaMask and similar providers)
4. Collaborate with frontend developers (React, Tailwind CSS) to ensure seamless Web3 interactions
5. Optimize transaction workflows for security and performance
6. Implement secure crypto payment systems
7. Work with Three.js integration team to connect blockchain data with property visualization features
8. Ensure best practices in blockchain security, input validation, and transaction handling
9. Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation

Required Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in Web3 or blockchain development
2. Strong knowledge of JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
3. Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar blockchain libraries
4. Hands‑on experience developing and deploying smart contracts
5. Understanding of cryptocurrency transactions and wallet integrations
6. Familiarity with REST APIs and modern web architecture
7. Experience with Git version control
8. Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with TypeScript
2. Familiarity with Three.js or WebGL
3. Understanding of DeFi integrations
4. Knowledge of real estate or fintech platforms
5. Experience with Redux or React Context for state management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
