We are seeking a skilled Web3 Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with blockchain integration, smart contracts, and modern frontend frameworks. You will play a key role in building secure crypto transaction workflows, wallet integrations, and scalable Web3 architecture within our real estate investment platform.

This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate blockchain functionality using Web3.js or similar libraries
• Implement and maintain smart contracts for secure real estate transactions
• Integrate wallet connections (e.g., MetaMask and similar providers)
• Collaborate with frontend developers (React, Tailwind CSS) to ensure seamless Web3 interactions
• Optimize transaction workflows for security and performance
• Implement secure crypto payment systems
• Work with Three.js integration team to connect blockchain data with property visualization features
• Ensure best practices in blockchain security, input validation, and transaction handling
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Web3 or blockchain development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
• Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar blockchain libraries
• Hands‑on experience developing and deploying smart contracts
• Understanding of cryptocurrency transactions and wallet integrations
• Familiarity with REST APIs and modern web architecture
• Experience with Git version control
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with Three.js or WebGL
• Understanding of DeFi integrations
• Knowledge of real estate or fintech platforms
• Experience with Redux or React Context for state management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
