We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

1. Design and implement engaging and responsive web pages using best practices in digital design.
2. Collaborate with developers and other team members to create seamless user experiences through effective interaction design.
3. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other design tools to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
4. Ensure all web designs adhere to web accessibility standards, making our content accessible to all users.
5. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs based on user experience (UX) principles.
6. Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like MailChimp, ensuring alignment with overall digital marketing strategies.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends in web design, digital marketing, and technology to continuously improve our online presence.
8. Create typography that enhances readability and aligns with brand guidelines across all digital platforms.

Requirements

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
2. Strong understanding of interaction design principles and UX best practices.
3. Experience with Telerik or similar frameworks is a plus.
4. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and how they integrate with web design.
5. Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) is essential.
6. Excellent typography skills with an eye for detail in layout design.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
