The Web Manager will oversee the development and management of web projects from conception to completion. This individual will coordinate multiple projects, ensure effective communication across teams, and maintain a user-centric approach to web development. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, experience with WordPress and Elementor, and a commitment to kindness and positive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee multiple short-term and long-term web projects, ensuring timely delivery while balancing project deadlines and resources.
- Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with team members, track project statuses, reprioritize deadlines as necessary, and provide guidance on workflow and procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize critical thinking when researching, analyzing, and developing solutions to complex web development issues.
- User Experience: Apply UX principles to ensure that web projects meet user needs and enhance overall user experience.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and update cross-departmental procedures to reduce inefficiencies and improve project outcomes.
- Design Guidance: Provide input and direction on web design, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.
- Technology & Trends: Stay updated with the latest web technologies and trends to keep the company ahead in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience with a WordPress page builder such as Elementor is highly preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of both technical and creative aspects of web development.
- UX Experience: Experience with user-centric design and understanding of UX principles.
- Organizational Skills: Capacity to manage complex workflows and track project statuses effectively.
