As the Web and Design Lead you will support our team in all areas of design including developing various designed templates, creating clean and professionally produced reports, creating various promotional materials in support of engagement campaigns, and developing to-scale event layouts. You will support the team’s strategic communications campaigns by developing graphics for social media campaigns, logos, websites, and other assets as needed. This remote role is well suited for a self-starter eager to stretch their design and web skills across a wide range of needs.

The candidate should possess a creative drive and be able to articulate and document ideas both to the internal team and externally. The candidate should have a wide-ranging portfolio and experience with all types of design platforms.

We anticipate that the rough work breakdown for this position will be:

• Program graphic design/materials development (40%)
• Website development/management (40%)
• Internal communications support (10%)
• General administrative (10%)

• Minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience.
