What this job is

You'll manage websites built on WordPress, Squarespace, HubSpot, Shopify, or Wix. You'll launch new products, test functionality, build out CMS categories, and fix what breaks.

We launch products fast and often. You need to be detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects.

This is a remote position but you must live in New England and be able to come to the office on occasion.

The work

1. Coordinate product launches with the Product Marketing team
2. Test everything before it goes live—forms, data, functionality
3. Build categories in the CMS and maintain email templates
4. Troubleshoot bugs and prioritize fixes
5. Work with developers on new features
6. Handle customer questions about site functionality
7. Track analytics and user behavior

What you need

Required:

1. Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field
2. Real CMS experience (WordPress, Squarespace, HubSpot, Shopify, Wix, etc.)
3. Website testing experience
4. Understanding of analytics and user tracking
5. Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred:

1. Website project planning experience
2. Optimizely/EPiServer, Jira, or customer service background
