About the Role

We are seeking a talented Web Developer / Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is proficient in HTML, CSS, WordPress, and comfortable with JavaScript. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining client websites that are visually compelling, functional, and optimized for performance.

Responsibilities

1. Design, build, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. Update and revise existing websites to align with client goals and campaign needs.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues while ensuring security, speed, and functionality.
4. Collaborate with our creative and account teams to bring design concepts to life.
5. Perform ongoing site maintenance, including plugin updates, backups, and security monitoring.
6. Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and user experience.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience with HTML, CSS, WordPress, and familiarity with JavaScript.
2. Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
3. Experience with site optimization, troubleshooting, and cross-browser compatibility.
4. Ability to translate creative design concepts into functional websites.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
