Start: Upon Completion of Onboarding (2 weeks)

Location: Remote w/ Onsite visits needed once per month in Somerville, MA (the more available for onsite the better)

Salary Expectations: 90- 95k per year

Hospital in Boston, MA is looking to add a Web Designer to their team. This is specifically for their Digital Research Operations department which supports 1000+ websites. This candidate will work to develop and support website application builds for the hospital's research community.

Required Skills:

Website Developer / Designer - 3-5 years

Word Press - custom builds

Java Script - custom builds

PHP

Bootstrap or other open-source CSS frameworks

Plus:

UI Design and Usability Experience Principles

From the client:

Principal Duties:

1. Work with the ERIS Web Team to provide solutions for website and application development in response to Researcher’s requests
2. Perform analysis, design, development and testing tasks with direction.
3. Recommend technical approaches and assist with development of time estimates for Statements of Work
4. Update or create technical and user documentation using wiki and knowledge management tools (Confluence)
5. Identify opportunities for improvement, reporting on progress, and asking for what you need.
