We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Web Developer Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in online bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) and a good understanding of web development services to help secure projects for the company. This role requires strong communication skills, proposal writing ability, and client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant web development projects across freelancing platforms.
- Write professional, customized, and competitive proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with potential clients to convert leads into projects.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly bidding/lead conversion targets.
- Track, report, and analyze bidding performance and conversions.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Bidder/Business Development Executive in IT or web development.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies (WordPress, PHP, Laravel, Shopify, React, etc.).
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.
