We’re looking for an analytical and creative Google Ads Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads strategy, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max campaigns across Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rate, and CPL.
- Create and test ad copies, extensions, and landing page variants for performance improvement.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Analytics.
- Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly performance reports and derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to align ad messaging with campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and bidding strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and bid strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Certification in Google Ads Search or Performance is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
