Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Full-Stack Web Developer to join our growing team. You will design, build, and maintain web applications that support our EHS management platforms, working across the full technology stack to deliver seamless, user-friendly, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP).
2. Build and integrate APIs, manage databases (SQL or NoSQL), and ensure data integrity and security.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to implement new features and enhancements.
4. Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack, implementing improvements and optimizations.
5. Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and performant across devices and platforms.
6. Stay current with web technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve development standards.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Proficiency in both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks) and back-end (Node.js, Python, PHP, or equivalent) development.
2. Experience with database design, queries, and performance optimization.
3. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
5. Familiarity with version control (Git) and deployment pipelines.
6. Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and security best practices.
7. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
