I currently run a successful eCommerce agency and am now expanding into a local business marketing agency. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the vision, contribute to growth, and build something meaningful over time.

What I’m Looking For

A proactive self-starter who:

Has a strong command of Figma and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Brings solid skills in graphic design and branding

Actively uses AI tools to enhance design workflows

Is ready to get hands-on and work through early-stage challenges

Is eager to learn all aspects of marketing and business growth

Has the ambition to grow into leading and managing a design and QA team

Approaches work with an ownership mindset, not just as an employee

The Opportunity

Lead web design and CRO initiatives

Help define systems, processes, and creative direction

Play a key role in building and scaling the agency

Grow into a leadership position as the company expands

Work directly with the founder on strategy and execution
