Tradeify is a fast-growing futures proprietary trading firm operating a performance-driven B2C growth engine across paid and organic channels. We are building a premium brand in trading — combining elite performance, education, and media (including TradeifyTV and our podcast).

As we scale, our website and landing pages are critical growth levers. We are looking for a Web Designer who can elevate our brand presence and design high-converting, visually compelling web experiences.

Role Summary

We are hiring a full-time Web Designer to own the design and visual evolution of Tradeify’s web presence.

You will design high-converting landing pages, optimize user journeys, support growth experiments, and elevate our brand aesthetics across web properties. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of brand, product, and performance marketing.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering.

What You’ll Do

1. Design and iterate on high-converting landing pages
2. Improve UX/UI across Tradeify’s core website
3. Collaborate with Marketing on A/B test variations
4. Design assets for paid campaigns (web-focused)
5. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
6. Establish and evolve Tradeify’s web design system
7. Improve site speed and user experience through thoughtful design
8. Ensure mobile-first optimization
9. Maintain visual consistency across web properties

What We’re Looking For

1. 3+ years of experience in web design (ideally DTC, fintech, SaaS, or trading-related industries)
2. Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages and conversion-focused design
3. Experience designing for performance marketing environments
4. Advanced proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
5. Strong understanding of UX principles and CRO (conversion rate optimization)
6. Ability to balance aesthetic excellence with measurable performance outcomes
7. Experience collaborating with developers and handing off clean design specs
8. Strong communication skills and ownership mentality

Nice to Have

1. Experience in trading, fintech, or financial services
2. Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, or similar platforms
3. Copywriting experience
4. Animation / interaction experience with platforms like Jitter / LottieFiles
5. Experience collaborating with marketing teams on growth and conversion optimization
6. Knowledge of UX research methodologies and comfort conducting user interviews or usability testing
7. Background in analytics tools like Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
8. Understanding of esports aesthetics or gaming-to-trading positioning
9. Experience contributing to or building design systems from the ground up
10. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
11. Experience working in high-growth startup environments
12. Data-driven mindset with experience reviewing A/B test results
