This position is responsible for maintaining a consistent, cohesive presence for the websites managed by the Law Practice Resource Division. Manages editorial calendar, maintains style guides, and writes, proofreads, and edits content. Monitors web traffic metrics, conducts keyword and SEO research, and assists with web development. Collaborates with the marketing and web teams to develop strategies to increase customer engagement. Assists with marketing and customer service. This individual works under the general supervision of the Website and Customer Service Manager.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor’s degree required. Two years’ experience creating and managing online content using WordPress required. Two years’ experience using web analytics tools required. Superior oral and written communication skills required. Project management skills and expertise in social media management required. Must be self-directed with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. An advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, and Photoshop highly preferred. Experience with web design or graphic design preferred. Experience with HubSpot preferred.
