Job Description:

This position is responsible for maintaining a consistent, cohesive presence for the websites managed by the Law Practice Resource Division. Manages editorial calendar, maintains style guides, and writes, proofreads, and edits content. Monitors web traffic metrics, conducts keyword and SEO research, and assists with web development. Collaborates with the marketing and web teams to develop strategies to increase customer engagement. Assists with marketing and customer service. This individual works under the general supervision of the Website and Customer Service Manager.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  1. Develops and monitors web presence strategies.
  2. Manages and maintains editorial calendar and web style guide.
  3. Writes, plans, edits, reviews, and posts website content.
  4. Manages and monitors web analytics and conducts SEO research.
  5. Coordinates with internal and external authors to execute content campaigns.
  6. Assists with content development in the WordPress environment, including the use of plugins, designing web pages, and organizing taxonomy.
  7. Collaborates with the marketing and web teams to develop and deploy effective social media campaigns.
  8. Assists with marketing, communications, and customer service.
  9. Performs other responsibilities as required, including special projects that may arise from time to time.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor’s degree required. Two years’ experience creating and managing online content using WordPress required. Two years’ experience using web analytics tools required. Superior oral and written communication skills required. Project management skills and expertise in social media management required. Must be self-directed with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. An advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, and Photoshop highly preferred. Experience with web design or graphic design preferred. Experience with HubSpot preferred.
