You'll create custom AI agents, intelligent applications, and full-stack systems that connect LLMs to real enterprise data. Then you'll turn what you build into reusable frameworks our consulting teams deploy at scale. Your code becomes central to our operational IP. Your innovations become our client wins.

What You'll Actually Do

Ship AI That Works

1. Build custom AI agents that solve real business problems
2. Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
3. Connect LLMs to enterprise knowledge bases using vector search and RAG
4. Create intelligent applications that surface insights clients didn't know to ask for

Build Full-Stack Applications

1. Develop web apps using Node.js, Python, and TypeScript
2. Create intuitive chat interfaces and responsive experiences
3. Integrate with technologies and enterprise systems clients actually use

Connect the Data

1. Wire up AI to SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Power BI, and whatever else clients throw at you
2. Design secure data pipelines for real-time AI interactions
3. Build scalable patterns that work across different client environments

Deploy for Real

1. Containerize with Docker and deploy to production
2. Manage Linux-based systems in the wild
3. Build cloud-native architectures on Azure

Create Reusable IP

1. Build templates and accelerators that make our consulting teams faster
2. Document patterns so others can learn from your work
3. Write modular, maintainable code that becomes organizational knowledge

Stay Sharp

1. Research and prototype emerging AI tools before they're cool
2. Evaluate new tech for real client applicability (not just hype scores)
3. Be our eyes and ears on what's actually worth using

You Should Have

Required:

1. 3+ years building software that real people use
2. Strong Python and TypeScript/JavaScript skills
3. Node.js and RESTful API experience
4. Hands-on LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
5. SQL chops (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL experience (MongoDB)
6. Docker containerization and Linux comfort
7. Track record of shipping full-stack apps to production
8. Ability to explain complex things simply (to clients AND teammates)

Nice to Have:

1. Vector databases
2. AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)
3. C#/.NET development
4. Microservices and event-driven architecture
5. Azure services (Functions, App Service, Container Apps, OpenAI)
6. MLOps and model deployment experience
7. Power BI and Power Platform integration
8. Real-time processing (Kafka, Event Hubs)
9. Consulting background
10. Enterprise security and compliance experience
