Confidence Interval is looking for a technical web implementation analyst to serve our clients. As an Implementation Analyst you will be responsible for evaluating the current analytics implementations, presenting findings, implementing new tracking, writing developer instructions, testing new implementations, working with low to medium complexity javascript functions, investigating client questions using collected data, working with a variety of marketing and analytics software solutions. There will be a variety of clients and a combination of independent work and working with clients/client vendors and peers.

Our clients include a variety of large and well-known brands who want to measure and improve the effectiveness of their web sites.

Responsibilities:

• Installing web analytics tags using Google Tag Manager
• Creating developer instructions or code to gather data from a web page
• Evaluating analytics implementations and proposing ways to improve tracking to better fit client needs
• Critical thinking to troubleshoot web analytics implementations and investigate data discrepancies
• Testing/verification
• Frequent communication with clients (marketing managers, directors, and executives)

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with web programming (HTML/CSS)
• Experience with javascript
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical people

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Google Analytics (particularly GA4)
• Experience with Google Tag Manager
• Experience testing software
• Google Analytics Individual Qualification certification
