Thread F/X, Inc is a contract decorator that specializes in promotional merchandise, custom apparel, online company stores, uniform programs and more for our vast National client base. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Nashville, TN, our state-of-the-art facility houses our corporate offices, customer service, production departments (embroidery and screen printing), warehousing, and fulfillment services.

We are in growth mode and are looking for an energetic and positive people who can multitask well and take on new challenges with a smile. We are currently looking for the right candidates to take command of our order pull/pack/ship services as well as being an inventory control specialist. This role is responsible for maintaining our inventory as well as fulfilling orders that ship to our clients all over the country.

The Job:

· Warehouse functions including anything from in-bounding and stocking inventory in warehouse, picking orders for departments, pick/pack/ship orders to customers

· Fulfill and organize orders to ensure the customer delivery process is efficient and accurate

· Create accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments. Assisting with international orders and documentation

· Receive products and check for quality. Communicates potential quality issues to manager

· Monitors inventory levels ensuring that all products are in stock and available for distribution. Notify manager if levels are low

· Perform weekly inventory counts as assigned

· Resolves complex problems and discrepancies in timely manner

Responsibilities:

· Take all deliveries from Receiving or Production Departments, QC them for accuracy, receive them in, add to the appropriate warehouse space, and distribute as required

· Maintain inventory on shelves in a tidy manner, executing stock rotation as appropriate

· Liaise with internal team members, Purchasing and Finance departments on all inventory related issues.

· Provide inventory updates to Management

· Ensure Order Pulling/Fulfillment area is stocked with all necessary supplies. Submit supply requests to manager as needed

· Ensure that weekly inventory counts occur as assigned and are accurate

· Review and monitor inventory levels to ensure the minimum level is not breached

· Identify back orders and escalate to manager for guidance

· Responsible for maintaining all department hardware in good working condition and appearance

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

· Maintain a productivity rate based on the standards established by management

· Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Needed:

· English, verbal, and written communication skills

· Good mathematical skills

· Comfortable with being on your feet 8 hours a day and lifting up to 35 pounds

· Have high attention to detail

· Skilled at multitasking and problem solving

· Have a production mindset

· The desire to take great pride and care in every order you fill for our customers

· Great attention to detail when filling orders

Computer Skills:

· General computer competence

· Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

· Shipping Software: Ship Station, FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip

Additional Skills that are a Bonus:

· Experience at shipping and receiving for a screen printing/embroidery/promotional merchandise company (not a requirement but a big plus)

· Experience at a fulfillment warehouse such as Amazon

· Experience with picking and packing

· Experience in inventory control

· Knowledge of warehouse and inventory control procedures
