Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Salary: $19/hr

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034

Schedule: M-F 6AM-2:30PM

Requirements:

• Associate degree and 1 year of experience or high school diploma and 3+ years of experience
• Understanding of the inventory database management system (Equip, SAP) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move at least 35 pounds and be on your feet throughout the day.
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification. Forklift certification desired.
• Must be a US Citizen

Responsibilities:

• Under minimal supervision, coordinates and expedites the flow of material, parts, tools, and equipment.
• Responsibilities include tracking and handling high volume and high cost material and equipment, and complying with asset management policies and procedures.
• Handling receipts, issues, transfers, physical inventory, records, and closeout for assets.
• Compiles records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.
• Prepares inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts.
• Verifies accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, tracking and reporting any discrepancies.
• Experience in conducting government property inventory.
