The One Life Project is currently taking applications for our role of Design Development Manager to join our team. This is a volunteer, non-paid role within the One Life Project. The Design Development Manager serves under the leadership team with the Division of Development and Philanthropy The director serves at the national level and is part of the Executive Management Office.

About us: The One Life Project is a national nonprofit organization that works to build and create a kinder world where we educate, advocate for, and support teens, college students, and young adults who are struggling with mental health in the hopes of preventing suicide in young people and ending the stigma that surrounds mental health. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and currently have several offices across the United States. We are home to over 3,500 volunteers worldwide.

Duties:
- Develop plans to market and advertise our work, mission, and projects to communities worldwide
- Oversee all design of marketing activities on social media and our website
- Coordinate social media advertising, direct mail, and marketing materials
- Design pictures, posts, and positive media for our website and social media that promotes advocacy and awareness on a variety of topics including mental health
- Design marketing materials, school materials, and assists in designing our website and any logo work needed

This role requires a few hours of work each week and plays a crucial role in our organization, its growth, and our future. Experience is not required.

Requirements:
- Strong love for helping people and supporting people
- Strong knowledge of design software, Canva, Adobe, and marketing development
- Experience in design, graphic artwork, marketing, or a related field (Degree not required)
