As a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.

Role Overview:

The Senior Marketing Automation Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving effective and efficient marketing campaigns through the use of automation tools. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email and SMS marketing programs to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation principles and a proven track record of success in delivering results-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Create, execute, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategy and business goals. This includes planning, segmentation, copywriting, deployment, and analysis.
Design, build, and manage email and SMS workflows, landing pages, and forms.
Conduct A/B testing on email and SMS campaigns to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and continually optimize results.
Develop and maintain an organized email calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and adherence to deadlines.
Design and build visually appealing email templates using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure email and SMS efforts seamlessly integrate with the broader marketing strategy.
Build and optimize automated email and SMS workflows to nurture leads and guide customers through the buying journey.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, measure ROI, and inform future strategies.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness through automation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email and SMS marketing.
Identify opportunities to improve platform usage and suggest innovative automation strategies.
Ensure all marketing efforts comply with relevant regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Foster a culture of data hygiene and best practices in CRM platform.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in marketing automation, with a strong focus on email and SMS marketing.
Previous experience in e-commerce marketing, with a focus on B2C and B2B segments.
Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance regulations.
5+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, with hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing principles and best practices.
Strong creative skills and ability to design visually appealing email templates.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
A passion for marketing automation and a desire to learn and grow.
Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for email template creation a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
