We are hiring an experienced visual designer with an emphasis in digital marketing and interactive/web design for a full-time, remote position.

As a designer at Ironpaper, you will be responsible for designing new concepts for digital ads and marketing assets, websites, landing pages, interactive experiences, and information graphics.

Your work will include research, UX strategies/best practices, file production, and QA. Additionally, you would work collaboratively with tech and marketing teams to create best-in-class solutions.

Qualifications include

• Strong design portfolio (graphic design or interactive/web design)
• Must have a minimum of 4+ years of related professional experience in design or an exceptional professional portfolio.
• Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and PowerPoint
• Proficient in using Figma
• Strong understanding of modern design principles
• Interactive capabilities of web design
• Ability to work within strict brand standards
• Must be able to work in the Eastern Standard Timezone (9 am - 6 pm)
