Virtual Assistant (Remote – Independent Contractor)

📍 Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time | $20–$25/hr

Approach HR & Virtual Services (currently rebranding its virtual division as The VA Solution) is seeking a proactive, resourceful Virtual Assistant to join our trusted team. With over 8.5 years of client success, we’re known for excellence, discretion, and support that sees around the corner—so our clients don’t have to.

About the Role

This isn’t your average VA gig. We're looking for someone who thrives on taking initiative, thinks ahead, and genuinely enjoys making life easier—for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and leaders juggling a lot. You’ll provide a mix of business and personal support, always with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Do

1. Inbox + calendar management
2. Travel coordination
3. Meeting prep + taking minutes
4. Gift sourcing + personal errands (scheduling, grocery orders, pet/child care)
5. Pay bills, track mileage, record receipts
6. Coordinate tasks + timelines in tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
7. Support social media scheduling and light content edits
8. Communicate with vendors + clients on behalf of others
9. Research tools, trends, or contacts to stay one step ahead

Who You Are

1. 2+ years of admin/VA experience
2. Professional, organized, and tech-savvy
3. Strong communicator who takes initiative
4. Comfortable working independently and remotely
5. Familiar with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and project tools
6. Bonus if you’ve used ChatGPT or other AI tools
7. Kind, responsive, and client-focused

Compensation

💰 $20–$25 per hour, based on experience

🕒 Flexible hours (availability during standard business hours preferred)

📍 100% remote
