Role

We are looking for a talented, dedicated and passionate Podcast Organiser, who can think outside of the box, loves writing content as well as being challenged. The ideal candidate should have fluent spoken and written English skills; has a high attention to detail where every deliverable they provide is perfect and has the knowledge about writing headlines/content that engages an audience.

You will be a crucial part of a company that specialises in editing, optimising and publish Podcasts for some of the worlds largest podcasters.

Responsibilities

• Write Weekly Show Notes for multiple Video Podcast
• Allocate tasks to video editors, graphic designers & developers (where required)
• Review edited videos the team provides for quality
• Write Engaging headlines for Short Grabs of Content
• Keep in constant contact with the client (to get episode recordings, provide insights, etc)
• Publish podcast across various platforms, websites and social media

Requirements

Knowledge/ qualifications

• University-level education
• Fast and reliable internet, which also includes a back-up if the internet were to be unavailable (must provide a screenshot of internet speed)
• Working Full Time Australia business hours (Monday to Friday)

Skills

• Writing marketing content and other long forms of content
• Punctual with the delivery of tasks
• Fluent level of spoken and written English

Experience

• Client communication (eg, experience with working in an agency)
• Proven solid work experience of 2-5 years
