Content at Scale, an ambitious company at the cutting-edge of AI technology, is looking for a seasoned Social Media Manager with strong video production skills. We're growing rapidly (500+ new subscribers per day!) and are committed to connecting with our audience through innovative, engaging content.

We are looking for a creative individual with a strong background in social media management and video editing. If you're someone who loves to get things done and gets excited about social media and videos, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Managing and creating engaging content for our social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
Editing videos from staff and publishing them on appropriate platforms.
Writing compelling YouTube descriptions that align with our SEO strategy.
Staying abreast of industry trends to improve and evolve our content strategy.
Creating Thumbnails for videos that improve CTR.
Monitoring Analytics to improve the quality of our content.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
Solid experience in video editing.
Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Descript, Canva.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
Ability to work within a team to complete tasks on-time.
