Oswald Marketing, southern Indiana’s premier advertising agency, is looking to hire a talented individual to add to our award winning video production team. We are looking for a collaborative, team player with fresh ideas and a desire to take our storytelling to a higher level. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ Communication Design experience across a breadth of media, including video and motion

• 2+ years’ experience in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Video Production, Motion Design/Animation or New Media

• Extensive experience across a variety of media and strong capabilities utilizing the following software: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Adobe Premier Pro

• Strong background in video and motion graphics

• Experience in field production a definite plus; including shooting, lighting, and conceptualization

Responsibilities

• Storyboard, compile, edit, and refine audio, motion, and video footage into a cohesive and compelling story

• Interpret the vision of the creative team and help communicate the vision

• Feel comfortable with brand identity, art direction, and visual design for video and motion graphics

• Maintain a collaborative and empathetic mindset to solve problems within our team

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
