We are seeking a curious, life-long learner who is intellectually open-minded, smart, and resourceful to join our team as a Performance Marketing Video Editor. The ideal candidate has a passion for learning what drives customer action and can quickly grasp campaign concepts and brand voice to create cohesive, high-converting edits.

They thrive in fast-paced remote environments, communicate clearly through online collaboration tools, meet rapid deadlines efficiently, and adapt readily to performance-based feedback. This role demands a strong problem-solving mindset, flexibility to rapidly iterate on creative variations, and the ability to abandon established formats when data shows better solutions emerging. A passion for persuasive storytelling, data-driven creative excellence, and an obsessive attention to detail (especially in the first 3 seconds) is essential.

This position will commence with an initial contracted performance trial. Our mutual goal is to transition the successful candidate to a full-time role upon successful completion of this review period.
