The Vice President of Growth & Operations is a key executive role responsible for scaling business operations and driving sustainable growth across the organization. This individual will lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize internal processes, and align growth strategies with operational excellence to support the company’s long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to accelerate user acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion

Lead and optimize core operational processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness

Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams to implement data-driven growth initiatives

Establish performance metrics and reporting systems to track operational and growth KPIs

Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and channels for expansion

Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth and operations team

Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and risk management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)

10+ years of experience in operations, growth strategy, or executive leadership roles

Proven success in scaling startups or driving transformation in larger enterprises

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights

Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience in technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or high-growth environments is a plus
