We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Verizon Wireless. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Verizon wireless products and services our brick and mortar location in Carthage, MO.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Verizon wireless products and services, including smartphones, tablets, mobile plans, and accessories.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of Verizon wireless products and services.

- Collaborate with customers to understand their communication needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product releases to effectively position Verizon wireless offerings.

- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues or concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
