Here at Codex, we are always searching for Vena Contractors or FP&A/Finance Vena Superusers that are interested in consulting for this financial system. Vena experience is REQUIRED for this position.

We're looking for a seasoned Vena Solutions Architect, Superuser, or Consultant to lead implementations, optimize integrations, and support clients on their digital finance transformation journey.

Who You Are:

1. A Vena Solutions expert with hands-on experience implementing and configuring Vena for mid-market or enterprise clients.
2. Skilled in financial modeling, FP&A processes, and Excel-based automation.
3. Experienced in client-facing roles, with a track record of delivering successful technology solutions.
4. Comfortable working as a contractor, consultant, or joining full-time.

Required qualifications:

1. Lead end-to-end Vena Solutions implementations, from discovery to go-live.
2. Design scalable architecture and tailor solutions to meet client-specific finance and reporting needs.
3. Integrate Vena with ERP systems and other data sources.
4. Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
5. Collaborate with finance stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience with Vena Solutions (mandatory).
2. Deep understanding of finance processes: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, consolidation.
3. Strong Excel, SQL, and data modeling skills.
4. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
5. Exceptional communication and client management skills.
