Description: Our client, a global e-commerce company, is looking for a talented UX Designer to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the user experience for millions of online shoppers. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive innovative design solutions to enhance the online shopping journey.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Design scalable, user-centric experiences with a focus on innovation and attention to detail.
- Develop interactive, high-fidelity prototypes using Figma to visualize design concepts.
- Articulate design narratives and user stories to stakeholders for alignment and approval.
- Iterate rapidly on designs based on user testing and data insights.
- Collaborate with researchers to integrate qualitative data into design decisions.
- Analyze user data to inform design choices that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in visual, interaction, and product design or a related field. Mobile experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a collaborative, iterative design process.
