We are looking for a Digital Content (Writing) Consultant to join our team and play a vital role in shaping the client experience. In this role, you will be responsible for writing clear, concise, and engaging digital content that aligns with our strategic vision.

Your work will ensure that every digital interaction is intuitive and impactful, helping to translate complex information into user-friendly content that resonates with our clients and enhances their overall journey.

Responsibilities:

1. Adopt a client-centric approach to writing by focusing on tone and manner, while also leveraging personalized video as a communication channel to enhance engagement.
2. Translate complex legal, compliance, and business requirements into content that is easily understood by the target audience while ensuring regulatory accuracy.
3. Maintain a consistent voice and tone that aligns with the client's brand and editorial standards.
4. Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
5. Support the creation of external communications strategies to increase operational effectiveness and improve client experience.
6. This role requires collaboration with Marketing, Product, UX and business stakeholders to develop digital content that creates a frictionless, omnichannel, and intelligent experience for all audiences (participants, plan sponsors, and advisor partners) and drives the desired operational outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a regulated industry, retirement experience preferred.
