A Fortune 100 insurance and banking organization is seeking a strategic, empathetic, and detail-oriented UX Writer to join the Experience Design team. In this role, you’ll shape content across digital experiences that support customers in understanding, selecting, and managing insurance policies. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Write and edit user-focused content for insurance platforms (web and mobile), including microcopy, UI labels, error messages, help content, and transactional emails.
2. Collaborate with product designers using tools like Figma to ensure content is integrated seamlessly into designs.
3. Use Adobe Creative Suite to support content presentation needs, e.g., visual storytelling and documentation.
4. Ensure all content meets accessibility standards (WCAG) and contribute to an inclusive digital experience for all users.
5. Participate in usability testing and apply insights to improve clarity and usability of content.
6. Advocate for a consistent voice, tone, and terminology across all customer experiences.
7. Work closely with legal, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with regulatory standards.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or 4+ years of equivalent work experience).
2. 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or technical writing in a digital product environment.
3. Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, or XD).
4. Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in digital content.
5. Portfolio of UX writing samples showcasing clear, concise, and user-centered content across platforms.
