Position:

Assist the upgrades group in project management and the installation of upgrades, commissioning upgrades, and organization. Occasional support of the installation and service groups will be needed from time to time. Quotes and opening of project will also be needed. – Must be in Green Bay or willing to relocate to Green Bay

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Excellent organizational skills and customer communication.
2. PLC, Panel-view, and general drive & servo programming experience are required.
3. CAD drawing experience for creating interface drawings and small print page adjustments.
4. Strong print to machine knowledge required for properly organizing projects.
5. Panel Testing for projects before shipment from Fosber – if needed
6. Work with Production Upgrades Assistant to sign of shipment sign off before project shipment
7. Order parts to created jobs when needed
8. Assist in writing start up sheets and project checklists
9. Need to work closely with all departments on large scale projects.
10. Follow through with all documentation filing after completed upgrades.
11. Technical Installation and Start Up Assistance on Projects. 50% Travel will be required for this position
12. Upgrades Project Management Objectives.
13. Need to schedule an installation date and coordinate with all involved parties.
14. Schedule and manage all resource travel itineraries. (Cars, plane tickets and hotels.) Be sure all tickets are made with two weeks advance notice. Negotiate hotel rates for best pricing.
15. Manage shut downs of the installation and all resources.
16. Schedule preinstall conference calls for all projects to make sure all parties are in sync.
17. Schedule all onsite pre-installation meetings and attend them when necessary.
18. Schedule meetings in-house prior to installations to coordinate resources and special project needs with production and engineering.
19. Preparing Projects that others will be installing providing the proper information to set that resource up for success.
20. Attend scheduled meetings in-house prior to installations.
21. Be responsible for timely expense reports/time sheets. Always remember to spend company money wisely!
22. Follow company policy and set good safe work examples.
23. Responsible for all mark-ups of installations drawings and implementation of final copies to customers.
24. Schedule exit meeting before leaving facility with customer, installations engineer, customer service in-house representative and the technical services manager prior to departure.
25. Create and manage the task list until the installation is completed 100%.
26. In-house work hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. When working at the office
27. Working Remotely will be approved as needed
28. Wear Fosber supplied PPE and follow safety procedures.
29. Project followup/follow through

Education and Experience requirements:

Education:

Associates Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Technology

Experience:

2-3 years of prior related experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
