UI Path Bot Developer -Remote

5. Develop, test, and deploy automated solutions and automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes.
6. Maintain RPA environment including software, bots, servers, dashboards, applications used by automations, and appropriate security access to ensure strong uptime and availability to users.
7. Partner with business stakeholders to gather use case requirements, determine feasibility and timing, define project scope, solution efficient and effective approaches, and create necessary documentation to support development, implementation, and post implementation.
8. Evaluate technology solution options to determine best fit to solve the problem based on total cost (upfront and ongoing) and organizational standards.
9. Support UAT, technical feasibility testing, and process knowledge transfer to execution teams.
10. Communicate any identified and potential risks and issues accordingly and provide actionable input to mitigate.
11. Respond promptly to user help requests, troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and enhance tools to avoid future issues.
12. Generate quantitative support for automation program: 1) Generate business cases for potential use cases to help prioritize and justify opportunities; 2) Develop quantitative dashboards to quantify benefits of deployed automations.
13. Leverage agile methodology to work with technology and business teams to develop product backlogs, set priority, and provide regular status reporting on plan progress as defined by organization standards.
14. Establish and maintain standards and best practices of automation approaches, coding, documentation, value measurement, and program management.
15. Manage multiple project streams, gather data, and analyze processes leveraging process improvement methodologies and tools(e.g. Lean).
16. Manage and motivate large cross functional and matrixed project teams, and provide proactive project communication to platform owner, process owners, and other key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree (computer science, engineering, accounting, finance preferred) or equivalent work experience.
2. 8+ years of experience in developing and deploying Robotics Process Automation (RPA) & BOT solutions.
3. 8+ years of experience in architecting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) enterprise solution(s)
4. 5+ years of experience creating and administrating BOT(s) on the Microsoft Azure platform.
5. 5+ years of experience in architecting enterprise solutions.
6. 5+ years of experience in creating and leveraging AI techniques such as OCR / ICR, Chatbots, ML and NLP

Additional Desired Qualifications:

1. 5+ Years of experience with Monitoring tools such as: Splunk, IPMonitor, Dynatrace
2. 1+ Year(s) of experience with ServiceNow ITOM suite.
3. Knowledge and/or experience in IBM Power, AIX, Linux, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle, MS SQL
4. Exposure to IoT Platforms like AWS, Google, etc.
5. Hands on experience with any other leading RPA tools (UI Path, Blue prism, etc.).
6. Knowledge in REST &SOAP APIs.
7. Knowledge in OCR data extraction process(es).
8. Microsoft Azure Certification(s).
9. UI Path certifications
