Job Summary:

Our Redmond-based client is looking for a UI Engineer for a remote-based position.

The main function of the UI/Content Engineer is to Develop and design interface, front pages, and the tools to navigate on the systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and designs interface, front pages, and the tools to navigate the website.
2. Perform unit testing at the page level. Sets code standards and leads code reviews.
3. Review specifications and provides time estimates on the development of projects and features.
4. Prioritize projects and deliverables.

Qualifications:

1. Must have 5 years of professional experience with C++.
2. Must have 5 years of experience with building UI with XAML.
3. Must have 5 years of professional experience with software development.
4. Should have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
5. Should have experience in software development, particularly in XAML UX and accessibility.
6. Should have Knowledge of industry accessibility standards and experience developing features that support high-contrast modes, multiple scale factors, and narrator.
7. Should have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Should have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
9. Should have the ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
10. Should have familiarity with Windows operating system and Xbox gaming components is a plus.

1. A competitive pay range of $55/hr- $57/hr (depending on experience).
2. Location: Remote - United States
3. 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
4. 8 paid holidays per year + 1 floating holiday.
