We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Truck Dispatcher. The successful candidate will coordinate the movement of trucks and ensure timely delivery of goods to internal and external customers. The position requires professional communication, computer, and presentation skills. The position represents the company in a positive image, with employees, customers, and the community always performing in a safe and ethical manner.

Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 base, depending on experience and skills. Not including any bonus potential.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the movement of trucks to ensure the timely delivery of goods
• Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and updates on delivery schedules
• Monitor truck locations and track delivery progress
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during delivery
• Maintain accurate records of truck movements and delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Trucking Dispatcher
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of trucking regulations and safety procedures
• Proficient in using computer software for tracking and scheduling, such as Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, and Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the transportation industry
• Knowledge of truck maintenance and repair
• Ability to speak multiple languages
