Telephonic assessment and instruction of patients from national clients in Home Health, Hospice, Home Infusion, and Medical Provider agencies.

Licensed Registered Nurse with Arizona State Board of Nursing in good standing.

Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation and listening skills.

Must have proficient computer skills.

Must have secure internet access in a private work-from-home environment.

Will train on software systems, ambulatory pumps, hospice care & philosophy, home health, and telephonic nursing process.

Initial interview will be via phone. Second interview will be virtual.

Remote position following initial office-based day-shift training and orientation in Gilbert, AZ.

Your job as a Triage RN will be to provide excellent clinical and customer care to patients and clients from Home Health, Hospice, Infusion and Community Health Services. You will use all your clinical and critical thinking skills along with company protocols for safe, clinical outcomes.

You will be supported by clinicians and non-clinicians and you will be in contact with patients and their clinical and non-clinical teams. You may experience some emotional, some frustrated and some angry people for whom you will remain calm and professional to assist. Most will be just glad of your help.
