Trillium Construction is hiring for a Senior Superintendent to oversee the ground-up construction of a new biogas facility in Longview, WA. This is a full-time, long-term position with projects afterward. Annual salary is between $175,000 - $200,000+, with benefits and a travel package.
Duties:
- Lead and manage construction activities at various industrial project sites, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conduct regular safety inspections, and promoting a culture of safety among all project team members.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, proactively identifying and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Mentor and coach junior superintendents and field personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Review and approve project budgets, change orders, and subcontractor invoices, ensuring financial accountability and project profitability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 15+ years of experience in the construction field, preferably coming from an industrial background (oil & gas, chemical processing plants, food processing plants, agricultural etc.)
- Must be proficient in P6, Procore, Bluebeam, Sage Timberline, and -MS Office programs
- Must be familiar with industrial MEP, tanks, pumps, etc.
- Must be able to read blueprints, update schedules
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
- Must be able to travel extensively
